I came to Sam not long after I had my son. I'd piled on the weight and was really unhappy with the way I looked and felt. Although I felt I was eating quite healthy already and training in the gym my baby weight just wasn't shifting!
Sam helped me look at my lifestyle and and found ways for me to start losing weight without feeling hungry or deprived all the time.
The results were far better then I'd ever imagined she got me from feeling crap all the time to feeling amazing again. It's crazy how your weight can effect your life so much, I feel like me again.
In January I decided to join the gym on my doctors advice because of underlying health issues -overweight high blood pressure and back pain.
After training on my own with little success I was recommended to Samantha. From the start I found Sam to be very knowledgeable and with Sam's help I started to lose weight in no time at all. I lost over 4 stone in 5 months, my blood pressure dropped to a level where my doctor has cut the does of my tablets and I now take less a day. Sam gave me posture exercises and stretches to do which has resolved by back issues.
In general I would strongly recommend Sam to anyone considering a coach as my results have been quite remarkable in such a short space of time.
Sam taught me a whole new way at looking at my weight loss. Instead of just looking at the number on the scale I started to measure body fat and in just 12 weeks I lost a whole 2kg in body fat alone and dropping a whole 2 dress sizes. I'm now a happy size 12.
We also worked on my mindset at the end of coaching I was wearing actual gym clothes instead of hiding in my hubbys tshirts. I fell like I now have the confidence I'd always wanted.
I found Sam just after being diagnosed with an under-active thyroid gland and I'm so glad I chose to work with her. I'd put on so much weight and was even having difficulty staying awake most days.
