Poor nutrition choices impact in every area of people’s lives. Making them overweight, tired, sluggish, unable to focus on important tasks and in worst case scenarios leading to serious/chronic health conditions.
Body and Mind Fitness’ coaching programmes aims to educate people on the right nutrition to get to grips with their health, control their emotional eating and improve their life. Through making informed choices, breaking free of past negative habits and forming new more empowering ones.
I’m Samantha Norbury and the founder and lead coach for Body and Mind Fitness. For the last 10 years I have worked as a Health Trainer for the NHS, Personal Trainer and a Body and Mind coach to help people lose weight, gain confidence and take back control over their eating habits.
